Here is a simple recipe for a tasty and nutritious first food for baby, full of antioxidants, minerals, fats and nutrients. A tasty chia pudding recipe, perfect for a wholesome meal that's easy to prepare in advance (6 months+). We hope your little one enjoys! xx Nb

Ingredients

2 cups of coconut or breast milk
6 TBSP Chia seeds 
a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla paste

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients well. Cover the jar or bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight put it in the fridge overnight.

Optional: 

Add mashed banana to mix for an extra nutrient rich meal.
